TERMS OF SERVICE Sequoia Remodeling Last Updated: April 7, 2026
1. Services Sequoia Remodeling (“Company”, “we”, “us”) provides residential and commercial remodeling services including but not limited to kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement finishing, fencing, decking, flooring, painting, and closet installation. All services are subject to a signed contract and agreed scope of work.
2. Estimates & Quotes All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. Any changes to scope will be communicated via a written change order before additional work begins.
3. Payments Payment schedules are outlined in your project contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in a pause or termination of services. Sequoia Remodeling reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances.
4. Text Message Communications By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sequoia Remodeling regarding estimates, project updates, and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
5. Warranties Sequoia Remodeling warrants workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client.
6. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damages beyond our direct scope of work.
7. Changes & Cancellations Clients may cancel or modify services with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of Georgia.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
